There was a huge mix up and I ended up staying at a different hotel 😵💫 when I saw the sign I turned into the drive and the hotel accepted my reservation and it was the wrong hotel!! When I realized that I checked into the wrong location, I went to let microtel know what happened I was ready to change my payment option but they were VERY understanding and REFUNDED me all of my money!! For that, I will always pick them to stay with when I'm in the area again. Very honest and understanding!!

The breakfast was adequate, could have had a few more options. But it was ok. The location was easy to get to and although I thought it could have been a bit more appealling on the outside, was very nice inside and met my expectations of needing a reasonable priced placed to stay on our way to Pella Tulip Festival.

Close and easy access from freeway. Lobby coffee did not suck. Nice and clean. Staff was friendly and kind. Quiet. Slept very well.
